Phil was outstanding, extremely responsive, and just from a few photos and explanation of the problem, he immediately knew what to do - which he did quickly via a few texts, which immediately solved a hot water system issue with a quick fix (after thinking I needed to replace the whole system). I could not recommend Phil more highly. He saved me thousands of dollars with his advice (compared to other advice I received from other plumbers). He is a genuine person, and proven on the first occasion to be a trustworthy individual that I will certainly use again in the future. Based on quotes for potential works I could undertake on the hot water system, he is by far the most affordable. You won’t regret calling Phil. Highly recommend.
