Riley from O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing arrived promptly, listened carefully to my description of the problem, inspected my faulty gas hot water system, quickly ascertained the problem, and fixed it quickly and efficiently. The service was excellent, and the cost was less than I expected. I highly recommend O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing!

Just one week after Riley fixed my gas hot water system, I needed a blocked drain/sewer pipe cleared. Roots were growing through cracks in the old earthenware pipe running from the toilet out to the main sewer line. The legendary Riley returned, this time with Knox (also a legend!) and worked hard to detect and remove blockages in the drain/sewer pipe. Riley and Knox were knowledgeable and efficient, and although it wasn’t an easy or pleasant job, they didn’t stop until it was done. They explained what they were doing at each stage, and didn’t seem to mind having an audience. I now have a toilet that flushes properly, and am grateful to Riley and Knox for coming to the rescue!
