For O'Brien® to repair a windscreen chip it needs to meet specific requirements. If you have a windscreen chip that’s smaller than an Australian $1 coin and not impeding the driver’s vision you may only require a repair. Otherwise, a windscreen replacement is recommended.

How much does it cost to fix a windscreen chip?

The cost of repairing a windscreen chip depends on the number of repairs required. Chips that are only a few millimetres apart can often be treated as a single repair. However, this can only be confirmed after a physical inspection of the damage. If you don't have car insurance cover, you can save 20% when you book your windscreen chip repair online. If you do have eligible glass cover, your repair cost may be covered.

Will repairing a chip make it invisible?
